Position: Product Manager Employment Type: Contract, Full time Start: ASAP Location: Coventry – Hybrid 3 days a week Languages: English Role – We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Product Manager to lead the development of innovative digital products focused on power system analysis, modelling, and optimisation. In this role, you will drive solutions that integrate power systems engineering with cutting-edge digital technologies, enabling smarter energy generation, transmission, and distribution. Key skills: Proven experience in product management, ideally within the digital and/or energy sectors. Strong knowledge of power system principles, modelling techniques, and grid operation challenges. Proficiency with power system analysis tools such as PSS®E, PowerFactory, PSCAD, ETAP. Understanding of market trends in smart grids, energy storage, and renewable integration. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe). Consulting background is a plus.
