Now, we’re expanding our offering to include a broader suite of pre-employment and background screening services. We’re looking for a high-performing, talented Business Development Manager (BDM) to help drive this next chapter of growth.

Your Mission

As BDM, you’ll be responsible for sector specific sales plans; identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities—bringing our proven solutions to HR leaders, talent acquisition heads, and compliance teams across the UK.


You’ll sell a product that clients love, in a space with huge demand, backed by a team who know how to collaborate and deliver. Sound like your kind of challenge?

What You’ll Do

•Identify and target key prospects across mid-market and enterprise clients

•Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities within HR, compliance, and operational functions

•Clearly articulate the value of Rightcheck’s RTW platform and wider screening solutions

•Lead consultative sales conversations, adapting to varied client needs and pain points

•Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth buyer journey

•Represent Rightcheck.io at events, webinars, and networking opportunities

•Provide feedback to shape our go-to-market strategy and future product roadmap

What You Bring

•3+ years of B2B SaaS or HR tech sales experience (experience selling to HR or compliance functions is a big plus)

•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

•Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and closing complex deals

•Excellent communication and negotiation skills

•A consultative, value-led approach to sales

•Self-starter attitude with a genuine interest in compliance, onboarding, and workforce tech
