In this role, you will provide daily care and education to a key group of children aged 0-5, delivering a curriculum designed around their unique interests and developmental stages in a secure and nurturing environment with strong safeguarding practices.
You'll lead a team of staff members, overseeing the smooth operation of your room and playing a key role within the senior team. You will work closely with parents, building relationships that promote open communication and collaboration for the best outcomes for the child. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential, along with a fun, creative, and enthusiastic attitude.
A solid understanding of the revised EYFS framework and a commitment to maintaining high-quality childcare standards are also key requirements.

Requirements:
* Must have Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
* Proven experience working with children of various age ranges within an early years setting.
* Strong commitment to professional development and a passion for creating a nurturing learning environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the team and nursery.
