Stay ahead of competitors and adapt retail marketing strategies accordingly. Collaborate with subsidiaries to tailor marketing efforts based on local needs. Marketing Planning: Develop medium and long-term execution plans aligned with seasonal trends. Guide subsidiaries in anticipating selling season needs. Ensure local alignment with global seasonal planning guidelines. Marketing Execution: Drive seamless integration between Category, Sales, and Retail Services. Ensure consistent Channel Marketing execution that meets corporate goals. Provide marketing expertise to optimise partner trust and coordinate local marketing efforts. Business Operational Excellence: Maintain budgets and maximise ROI while demonstrating creativity. Align with key performance indicators (KPIs) for optimal outcomes. Leadership: Influence and lead cross-functional teams. Communicate business strategies effectively and hold teams accountable for key goals.
