Permanent Sous Chef
My Client, a theme restaurant in central Worcester, is looking to recruit a Permanent Sous Chef.
The main responsibilities of the job include:
* Assist Head Chef in managing kitchen operations.
* Support with training, and development of junior kitchen team members.
* Supervise food preparation and presentation.
* Work closely with front-of-house teams.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
* Address operational issues and equipment malfunctions promptly.
The salary on offer is up to £34,00 plus bonus plus tips.
