As a Support Worker you will support adults and young people with profound and multiple learning disabilities and physical disabilities. Your duties include providing personal care, assisting with eating and drinking, supporting health‑care needs, performing routine checks, attending appointments and social engagements, administering medication and gastronomy care, encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests, and ensuring that care standards are consistently high.
