We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Lecturer to deliver inspiring and technically accurate sessions to learners across Level 3 and related programmes. The successful candidate will also contribute to curriculum development and maintain strong links with industry to ensure learning remains relevant and impactful.
What will you be doing?
* Plan and deliver engaging sessions in air conditioning and refrigeration
* Teach practical and theoretical components to full-time and part-time learners
* Assess student progress and maintain accurate records
* Uphold high standards in health and safety, particularly with regard to F-Gas compliance
* Support learners development towards achieving their qualifications and career goals
What are we looking for?
* Teaching experience in a further education or training setting
* Relevant Level 3 qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or a related field
* Valid F-Gas certification
* A teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, CertEd) or Assessor Award (A1/TAQA) ideal, though strong teaching experience will be considered in lieu
