What can you bring to the service? Do you have an NVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care or equivalent along with basic literacy and numeracy skills? Can you undertake the range of tasks required, in a well-planned way that respects and values service users as individuals? We are seeking someone with considerable experience of working with individuals with disabilities/Autism Spectrum Conditions and an awareness of their rights and needs. Do you have experience of working in community-based projects/activities for individuals? Can you show experience of working with families? Do you have experience of supporting and coaching staff, and nurturing team development? Can you manage difficult and challenging situations whilst maintaining high standards of care and support?
