Description
* Deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective production methods, ensuring strong manufacturing standards are met.
* Drive continuous improvement using lean tools, value engineering, and root‑cause analysis to enhance capability and eliminate waste.
* Monitor performance data, analyse downtime trends, and implement corrective actions to maintain best‑in‑class reliability.
* Maintain strict compliance with industry regulations, governing body requirements, and quality standards.
* Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards across the department.
* Manage, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence and maintain high performance.
* Build strong internal and external relationships to support manufacturing strategy and delivery.
Profile
* A strong background in manufacturing within automotive, aerospace or precision engineering.
* Proven expertise in managing production processes and teams.
* Strong technical understanding of machining and CAD methodology.
* Exposure to operational excellence frameworks such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
* Experience with process improvement and commercial viability.
* Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Job Offer
