Plaintext Who You Are We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the North Support and Safeguarding Service. You should be passionate about supporting children, young people, and their families from early help through to permanence. What the Job Involves As a Social Worker, you will be a part of a committed team working with children and families. You will manage referral and assessment casework, lead on Child in Need and Child Protection plans, and sometimes support legal processes to secure child permanence. The role operates under a 'one journey' model, meaning you stay with the child throughout their journey. You’ll receive support from a strong management structure, multi-disciplinary team support, and access to wider wellbeing services. You will work from our Monkton Park, Chippenham office with hybrid working opportunities.
