Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Advisor to join clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR functions, ensuring that our workforce is engaged, well-informed, and aligned with our organisational goals. This position requires a strong understanding of human resources practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage various HR systems effectively.

Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to management and employees.
* Manage recruitment processes using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo or PeopleSoft to streamline hiring.
* Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ensure data accuracy.
* Collaborate with the HR team to implement employee engagement initiatives and training programmes.
* Oversee social media management for employer branding and recruitment purposes.
* Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
* Support administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
* Communicate effectively with staff at all levels to foster a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
* Proven experience in human resources or a related field.
* Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in HR management.
* Experience with social media management for professional purposes is an advantage.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within an HR context.
