Requirements:
* Previous experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs (SEN) or in a coaching/educational capacity.
* Strong communication, empathy, patience, and the ability to simplify complex tasks into manageable steps.
* An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness for one).

Key Duties:
* Support learning by working with small groups or individuals to reinforce lesson objectives.
* Manage behaviour within the classroom to maintain a focused and positive environment.
* Prepare resources and set up equipment before lessons to ensure a smooth start.
* Safeguard pupils by following all school policies and child protection procedures.
* Assist the teacher with administrative tasks and the display of student work.
* Lead interventions for students requiring extra help with literacy or numeracy.
