The Role:
We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator (home based) to support our recruitment team managing all permanent and FTC recruitment across multiple UK sites.
Your responsibilities include supporting recruitment partners with candidate attraction, advertising roles, searching on job boards, promoting roles to candidates, maintaining our ATS, shortlisting, and arranging interviews.
Experience in recruitment within the care or education sector is desirable but not essential. The key qualities are being highly organized, proactive, and providing professional service to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in recruitment resourcing or administration preferred but open to motivated newcomers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong time management, organization, and administrative skills
* Willingness to learn and work under pressure
