Theatre Practitioner – RGN / ODP
Location: KIMS Hospital, Maidstone
Contract: Full Time, Permanent 40 Hours Per Week
Working Pattern: 07:30 – 18:00 between Monday and Saturday. Saturdays are 1 per month on average.
Salary: £30,400 – £32,000 per annum depending on experience

Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing expert scrub support for general and orthopaedic cases.
2. Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
3. Collaborating effectively with departments such as Imaging, Wards, and Sterile Services
4. Ensuring patient dignity, comfort, and confidentiality at all times
5. Upholding ethical and legal standards in your own practice and that of your colleagues
Who we’re looking for:
As a Theatre Practitioner at KIMS Hospital you will be a strong, patient focused team player with a collaborative approach to achieving goals.
Essential
6. Registered Practitioner (RGN or ODP) with current NMC/HCPC registration
7. Post registration Scrub experience (NHS or Private)
8. Passion for high-quality, patient-centred care
9. Evidence of ongoing professional development and enthusiasm for learning
Desirable
10. Experience working as an Orthopaedic Scrub practitioner
