This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Product Manager to have an immediate impact on the strategic direction and success of the organisation.
The role:
1. Lead a cross-functional team of UI/UX designers, analysts, and developers.
2. Develop and implement the product roadmap aligned with business growth and customer needs.
3. Enhance user engagement, conversion rates, and operational efficiencies through SEO, CRO, and UX/UI strategies.
4. Utilize user research, data analytics, and testing to improve UX and increase engagement.
5. Optimize customer journeys across digital touchpoints to maximize retention and bookings.
6. Prioritize new product features based on customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
7. Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic growth and search rankings.
8. Collaborate with developers to enhance site performance, page speed, and indexing.
9. Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, HotJar, and SQL to track KPIs and inform decisions.
10. Implement agile development and design sprint methodologies for efficient execution.
11. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and business teams to align product initiatives with commercial goals.
12. Identify automation opportunities and process improvements to boost operational efficiency.
13. Work with finance and leadership to optimize technology budgets and reduce costs without compromising quality and innovation.
The candidate:
1. Extensive product management experience in a B2C digital environment, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or e-commerce.
2. Proven success in driving SEO growth, conversion rate optimization, and user engagement on high-traffic platforms.
3. Strong knowledge of website architecture, technical SEO, and performance optimization.
4. Proficiency with Google Analytics, SQL, HotJar, and A/B testing frameworks.
5. Experience leading cross-functional teams including design, development, analytics, marketing, and SEO.
6. Ability to translate business goals into scalable product and technology strategies.
7. Experience managing agile product development and design sprints.
8. Data-driven decision-making skills, leveraging insights to inform strategy and prioritize initiatives.
9. Familiarity with React, Next.js, or other modern web frameworks.
10. Knowledge of AI-driven personalization, automation, or chatbot integration is a plus.
