* Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
* Recommend suitable treatments and beauty products to clients
* Build long-term client relationships
3. Operations Management
* Oversee daily salon/spa operations
* Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
* Manage inventory of products and supplies
* Coordinate with suppliers and place orders when needed
4. Service Quality Control
* Ensure all treatments meet professional standards
* Stay updated on latest beauty trends, techniques, and products
* Maintain consistency in service delivery
5. Sales & Revenue Support
* Promote services, packages, and retail products
* Support achieving sales targets
* Upsell and cross-sell services
Requirements:
* Diploma/Certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related field
* Proven experience as a beautician or senior therapist (2–5 years preferred)
* Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage
* Strong knowledge of skincare, facials, and beauty treatments
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Leadership and problem-solving abilities
