The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of your own caseload while playing an active role in building a modern, client-focused conveyancing practice.
Your role will include:
* Managing a full and varied residential conveyancing caseload independently
* Delivering clear, practical advice with a strong commercial focus
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all key conveyancing documents
* Building lasting relationships with clients, referrers, and local contacts
* Supporting business development and referral networks
* Contributing to strategic decisions and the firm’s long-term growth

About You
You’re an experienced conveyancer who thrives on responsibility and takes pride in delivering a high-quality client experience.
* Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent Level 6 qualification)
* Around 2+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
* Strong technical skills with the ability to manage files independently
* Confident, organised and commercially aware
* Naturally client-focused with excellent communication skills
* Ambitious, proactive, and interested in long-term growth and leadership
