As a Project Manager your role will include but not limited to the following;
1. Update contract programme weekly with project planner, highlighting delays and potential claims to commercial team. Integrate subcontractor work.
2. ?Plan upcoming work, procure subcontractors, and place orders for long lead in materials
3. Chair weekly site meetings to ensure your site team, (Site Manager/Foreman, Site Engineer) understand what is to be done by when & what can be improved upon & learned from.
4. ?Monitor and report on financial performance. Highlight commercial risks, and develop solutions to maximize profit.
5. Raise Early Warnings, and attend risk reduction meetings.
