Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 plus car allowance, monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses.
Overview: Are you an experienced IT account manager or business development manager seeking growth and autonomy? Situated within a close-knit team, our client is experiencing growth and is looking for individuals to join their Sales & Marketing Team.
The primary focus is to develop and expand current managed support customers and new clients by understanding their business objectives. Building strong relationships, both in person and virtually, with the Sales & Marketing team, Project Team, and Service Desk is essential to ensure customer requirements are understood and met.
This role requires excellent organization, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and IT needs through regular strategic reviews.
* Serve as the primary contact for strategic accounts.
Account Growth and Retention:
* Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
* Identify opportunities and demonstrate the customer journey using our client’s Proven Partnership Process.
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize client value.
* Address client concerns proactively and collaborate with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Strategic Planning:
* Work with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align solutions with client needs and industry trends.
* Collaborate with technical consultants to advise clients on IT best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions.
Contract Management:
* Negotiate and renew contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
* Maintain accurate contractual paperwork for new and existing contracts.
* Keep detailed records of contracts, service agreements, and client interactions in our CRM system.
* Conduct onboarding for new clients, coordinating with Service Desk and Project Team to set clear expectations.
Collaboration and Communication:
* Foster collaboration across departments to deliver excellent customer service.
* Communicate effectively with clients about service updates, new offerings, and industry insights.
Skills required:

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm (occasional overtime may be required).
Bonuses: Monthly individual bonuses and quarterly/annual team bonuses are attainable.
Role: Hybrid, with office days on Mondays and optional WFH or client location work Tue-Fri.
