My client a leading international law firm with stunning offices based in the City of London, they are now looking for an intellectual and creative Senior HRIS Manager to join their global HR Operations team on a permanent basis.
The Senior HRIS Manager will be responsible for helping HR systems run smoothly by being a key member of the Global HRIS team, working in close collaboration with the Associate Director in the delivery of the HRIS strategy and improve processes to deliver more value to the firm’s users.
The key duties will include:
1. Collaborating with the wider HR Operations team to influence the design and delivery of
systems and supporting strategic delivery aligned to the Firm’s strategy.
2. Planning the provisioning, testing of new versions of system software and contributing to the definition and rollout of support models.
3. Ensuring operational procedures for HR systems are current, accessible and well understood.
4. Leading vendor discussions on new functionality and assess impact of deploying new functionality.
5. Identifying and addressing any security or data quality issue that could compromise the overall master people data management.
6. Developing organisational policies, standards, and guidelines for people data management.
The Senior HRIS Manager will have an in-depth of understanding of HR Operations and be able to apply
professional knowledge to deliver business performance. They will also have previous experience operating in international and remote-work support model environments. The Senior HRIS Manager will have System experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft & ServiceNow HR. It is essential to possess analytical, communication (dealing with senior stakeholders) & business acumen skills. Along with being able to lead and manage available resources to meet planned objectives and have specialist knowledge of Process improvement, Performance analysis, Standards definition & governance, Requirements gathering, System testing and/or Documentation management.
