The candidate will be expected to follow a clearly defined process for these requests. Experience in the following areas would be preferable: Ability to work as part of a team Take ownership of customer hardware request and break-fix incidents Scheduling and manage an engineer’s workload Deal with customer escalation and escalate up when required Able to multitask and plan schedules Great customer service skills Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount.
