Sales Support Administration and Quotation Specialist
Halecroft Recruitment is excited to partner with our client in their search for a dedicated Sales Support Administration and Quotation Specialist. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service, by effectively managing client quotations and supporting various departments. Responsibilities:
* Liaise with clients on incoming RFQs (requests for quotes)
* Review and process client information using the MRP system
* Obtain missing information or clarification from clients.
* Complete client quotations in a timely manner.
* Liaise with supply chain to obtain best pricing and stock availability
* Assist Production Team Manager and purchasing department as needed.
* Complete training on MRP and SAGE CRM system.
* Manage ad hoc activities as required.
* Answer the phone when necessary.
Requirements:
* Meticulous attention to detail in document creation and review.
* Excellent numeracy and communication skills.
* Strong team player with a flexible and proactive nature.
* Self-disciplined and efficient.
* Proficient in MS Office packages such as Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
* Able to work accurately under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
* Basic electronic component knowledge preferable but not essential.
