Your role:
Our IT Systems Architect will design, create and deliver roadmaps for Corporate IT, focusing on the development and implementation of complex software systems at Oxa. They will operate across a multi-platform system, leading complex troubleshooting of urgent, enterprise-wide technical platforms. The Architect will have the ability to broaden IT offerings and solutions for the wider business, frequently laying out and manipulating communications, security and network storage.
Your responsibilities:
1. Creating and delivering roadmaps for corporate IT, including technology, process and data, including 'as is', 'to be' and transitional states.
2. Evaluating systems and processes and suggesting improvements.
3. Own the vision, strategy and roadmaps from a technology and data perspective, including ‘as is’, ‘to be’ and transitional states.
4. Identifying priorities for change to enable delivery at pace.
5. Able to make things happen and be able to deliver results
Requirements
What you need to succeed:
6. Experience modernising corporate systems of record such as HR, Finance and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
7. Able to communicate effectively across organisational and technical boundaries making complex and technical information and language simple and understanding for non-technical audiences.
8. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to help teams maintain a focus on delivery.
9. Ability to look beyond the immediate problem and identify the wider implications including how the current work fits with broader context and strategy.
10. Experience leading Corporate IT projects, ensuring that subject matter experts are able to focus on their area of expertise, whilst providing oversight and challenge.
11. Similar experience working within a high-growth technology company.
12. Able to operate within a hands on environment at pace.
13. Proven experience creating and improving processes and procedures with measurable results.
14. Previously held one of the following job titles Enterprise Architect, IT Architect, Solutions Architect.
