The Role
As an Online Admin Assistant, you will:
Handle online product administration, ensuring data, descriptions and images are accurate.
Support with order processing, deliveries, and stock bookings into the Shirebrook site.
Monitor pre-orders, product launches and online activity.
Assist with reporting, sales tracking, budgets and forecasts.
Help set up seasonal promotions, price updates and markdowns.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth order and stock flow.
Support internal marketing campaigns and online trade activity.
Contribute to internal reporting and planning documents.
About You
The Online Admin Assistant role would suit someone who is:
A recent graduate or has up to 2 years' experience in admin, retail support, merchandising, or ecommerce.
Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
Confident using spreadsheets and reports (comfortable with numbers and tracking performance).
A strong communicator who can build relationships with different teams and suppliers.
Eager to learn, proactive and excited to work in a fast-moving retail environment.
