New Resource Recruitment are partnering with a growing organisation in the environmental services sector to recruit a Key Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of key client relationships while playing a pivotal role in driving commercial growth and supporting sustainability initiatives.

As a Key Account Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of mid to high-value, multi-site clients ensuring service excellence while identifying opportunities to grow revenue and strengthen partnerships.
Key responsibilities
* Build and develop strong, long-term customer relationships
* Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new business
* Identify and deliver innovative service solutions
* Manage projects from concept through to successful delivery
* Collaborate with internal teams to maximise commercial performance
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
* Ensure compliance with relevant environmental and regulatory standards
* Maintain accurate CRM records, contracts, and reporting
* Deliver against agreed sales targets and KPIs
What our client is looking for
Essential
* Proven experience in account management or B2B sales (ideally within waste, environmental, logistics, or related sectors)
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Excellentstakeholder management and communication abilities
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
* Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Desirable
* Experience managing complex or multi-site accounts
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends
* Knowledge of environmental or waste-related legislation
