Responsibilities
* Co‑create and deliver structured, high‑quality medical education programmes tailored to multidisciplinary NHS teams.
* Identify healthcare professionals’ educational needs and deliver relevant, evidence‑based content that enhances clinical practice.
* Work closely with internal teams (Medical, Marketing, Market Access) and NHS stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact.
* Capture and share insights from NHS environments, evaluate educational outcomes, and adapt programmes to maximise effectiveness.
* Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, educators, and NHS professionals to foster trust and collaboration.
* Operate within regulatory frameworks (ABPI/IPHA) and travel across the UK & Ireland to deliver education, with virtual flexibility where appropriate.
Qualifications
* UK HCP involved in acute stroke therapy, e.g., qualified specialist nurse.
* ABPI (UK) / MRII (Ireland) qualification or willingness to obtain.
* Clean driving licence.
* IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience & Skills
* Significant NHS clinical experience, ideally in stroke or related therapy areas.
* Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including commercial and medical team roles and their collaborative functions to ensure compliance, scientific integrity, and patient‑centric outcomes.
* Proven ability to communicate complex medical information clearly.
* Experience designing and delivering impactful education.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
* Collaborative mindset with cross‑functional working capabilities.
* Passion for improving patient care through education.
