About The Role
As Homesearchs first in‑house marketer you will have space to grow, experiment, and shape marketing in partnership with Sales, Product, and senior leadership. This generalist role focuses on demand generation, managing HubSpot CRM activity, producing content, supporting product launches, and building a healthy pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver the quarterly marketing plan to drive awareness and traffic.
* Own the content calendar (newsletters, blogs, LinkedIn, events, direct campaigns).
* Manage campaigns and CRM activity in HubSpot.
* Run organic and paid campaigns across PPC, LinkedIn, partnerships, and influencer activity such as podcasts and webinars.
* Build processes, tracking, and reporting to scale the marketing function.
* Coordinate freelancers, creators, and influencers.
* Work with the Partnerships Manager to leverage CRM partnerships and webinars for lead generation.
* Test and develop new channels to generate leads and support enterprise growth (e.g., SEO/GEO projects).
About You
* 5+ years of marketing experience with proven impact on pipeline growth.
* Experience creating and executing content strategy.
* Background in B2B SaaS targeting SMB and Enterprise clients.
* Excellent writing skills with an understanding of resonant content that drives business growth.
* Organised, tidy, and open to creating new processes for business efficiency.
* At ease with ambiguity and able to adapt when plans evolve.
