The Role:
As Reception Manager, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of guest arrivals, bookings, and first impressions. You will lead a small host team, ensuring each guest receives a warm, elegant, and efficient welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the reservations system, guest list, and special requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.
* Oversee host team recruitment, training, and scheduling.
* Coordinate with FOH and Events teams to ensure full visibility of VIPs, occasions, and floor plans.
* Uphold the highest standards of communication and guest service.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a host or reception role, ideally as a Head Host or Reception Manager in a premium restaurant.
* Warm, professional, and confident communicator with high emotional intelligence.
* Experience using restaurant reservation systems such as SevenRooms, OpenTable.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and guest care.
