The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Litigation Solicitor to join our growing dispute resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied caseload of contentious matters while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services to a broad client base.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a diverse caseload of litigation matters, which may include:
* Commercial disputes
* Contract disputes
* Property litigation
* Debt recovery
* Civil litigation matters
* Conducting legal research and providing clear, practical advice to clients
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documents
* Managing cases from instruction through to resolution, including trial where necessary
* Liaising with clients, counsel, experts, and third parties
* Attending court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
* Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedural rules
About You
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum [NQ–2 years] PQE (flexible depending on role)
* Strong litigation experience with the ability to manage your own caseload
* Excellent drafting and analytical skills
* Confident communicator with strong client care skills
* Commercially aware with a practical approach to problem-solving
* Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
* A proactive and team-oriented mindset
