Yn Freedom Leisure, mae popeth yn ymwneud ag awyrgylch cadarnhaol, pobl wych, a chael effaith go iawn. Ydyn, rydyn ni’n rhedeg cyfleusterau hamdden a diwylliannol, campfeydd, a phyllau nofio—ond wrth wraidd y cyfan, ein pobl ni sy\'n gwneud y gwahaniaeth.

Rydym yn chwilio am unigolyn gweithgar i ymunoâ ni yn Stadiwm Queensway. Yn ddelfrydol, mae\'r rôl fel Cynorthwyydd Stadiwm yn gofyn am rywfaint o brofiad blaenorol fel deiliad allweddi neu waith o fewn y diwydiant hamdden, sydd â rhinweddau arweinyddiaeth, a phrofiad o weithrediadau dyddiol cyfleuster. Rydym yn chwilio am rywun sy\'n chwaraewr tîm ac sy\'n barod i gymryd rhan mewn helpu\'r tîm ym mhob maes.
Bydd gwiriad DBS yn dilyn ar gyfer yr ymgeiswyr llwyddiannus.
Y peth da yw ein bod yn rhoi hyfforddiant llawn i chi ac mae’n darparu potensial gwych ar gyfer datblygiad gyrfa. We are looking for a hard-working individual to join our team at the Queensway Stadium. The role as a Stadium Assistant ideally requires some previous experience as a keyholder or work within the leisure industry, has leadership attributes, and experience in day-to-day operations of a facility. We are looking for someone who is a team player and is willing to get involved in helping the team in all areas.
A DBS check will follow for the successful candidates.

* Cyflawni rôl y DM yn ôl yr angen a chymryd cyfrifoldeb am gyfleuster y stadiwm
* Cynorthwyo gyda chefnogaeth weinyddol ar gyfer swyddogaethau gweithredol allweddol y Stadiwm gan gynnwys cyllid, iechyd a diogelwch, archebion, digwyddiadau ac aelodaeth
* Cefnogi sefydlu digwyddiadau chwaraeon (Athletau/Pêl-droed a mwy)
* Mae sgiliau iaith Gymraeg yn ddymunol

* To lead the day to day running of the centre to the highest standard, this will include lone working on site.
* To provide a safe environment for all staff and customers
* To manage any issues which arise on shift
* To ensure the team provide the best customer service
* To follow company procedures such as unlocking/locking the premises, issuing floats/cashing up tills
* To cover the DM role as and when required and taking responsibility of the stadium facility
* To assist with administrative support for the Stadium's key operational functions including financial, health & safety, bookings, events and memberships
* To support setting up sporting events (Athletics/Football and more)
* Welsh Language skills are desirable
