Fuel Recruitment is partnering with a leading telecoms and utilities organisation that is expanding its field delivery team. Theyre looking for an experienced Civils Operative to support a range of build and reinstatement activities across major network construction projects. This role will involve hands-on civils work on-site, ensuring safe, high-quality output and efficient delivery. Its an excellent opportunity to join a growing team working on long-term programmes across the Midlands.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out civils works including excavations, duct installation, reinstatement, and box/cabinet builds
* Work in line with all Health & Safety regulations and site procedures
* Achieve productivity, quality, and programme targets
* Operate plant and machinery where required
* Maintain clear communication with team members, supervisors, and members of the public
* Deliver work to reinstatement and HAUC standards
Key Skills / Experience
1. Proven experience in civils works within telecoms, utilities, or construction
2. NRSWA (Street Works) Operative accreditation
3. CSCS card
4. Full UK driving licence
