Glenholme Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Manager to lead our team at Wendreth Court in March, Cambridgeshire. The service is modern, well-equipped, and newly opened in 2024, with a proud CQC 'Good' rating.
As part of our dynamic care team, you will play a key leadership role in delivering outstanding care and driving continuous improvement.

About the Role:
As Registered Nurse Manager, you will:
* Lead and support the care and nursing team to deliver person-centred care
* Oversee clinical governance and ensure compliance with CQC and Glenholme standards
* Foster a culture of safety, respect, and dignity
* Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders
* Promote professional development and mentorship
* Manage staffing, rotas, and recruitment
* Handle budget management and cost control
* Drive high occupancy levels through relationship-building and local engagement
What We're Looking For:
* A current NMC PIN - RGN (preferably)
* NVQ Level 5 in health and social care (preferably)
* Proven leadership experience in care or nursing
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance
* Financial acumen and occupancy strategy understanding
* A warm, approachable, resilient individual passionate about high-quality care
