Key Responsibilities:
* Follow specs created by our development team to ensure strict consistency.
* Assist the Head Chef and Senior Breakfast Chef in all areas of service and kitchen duties.
* Ensure all kitchen procedures are followed and all a standards are upheld.
* Ensure strict and rigid cleaning schedule.
* Run a fast paced breakfast service.
* Have a good relationship with all staff within the hotel and restaurant.
* Lead service working alone and as part of a team.
* Complete day to day kitchen duties i.e. cooking, cleaning, prep, deliveries etc.
* Work closely with the Head Chef in all aspects of the kitchen and wider hotel .
* To be an ambassador for the hotel/ hospitality industry and the IHG hotel brand.
