We’re looking for a Senior Media Planner to join our Acquisition Marketing team, focusing on global media planning with emphasis on the US, Canada, UK&I, France, and Australia.

Marketing & Creative Team
We are a global team managing brand, product, acquisition, retention marketing, and creative efforts across key regions, working closely with various internal teams.
Responsibilities
* Lead global media planning in collaboration with local teams and external agencies.
* Oversee annual and quarterly media strategies aligned with business goals.
* Plan and purchase non-performance media such as OOH, TV, Podcast, Radio, etc., with local market teams.
* Optimize media spend and campaign performance with media agencies.
* Manage measurement frameworks to evaluate media effectiveness.
* Analyze market trends and audience insights to inform strategies.
* Collaborate across teams including performance, brand, data, and local markets.
* Stay updated on industry trends to refine media planning approaches.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in media planning, preferably in a global or multi-market role.
* Expertise in TV, OOH, Radio, Podcast, and other media channels.
* Experience working with media agencies and local teams.
* Strong analytical skills in econometrics and campaign measurement.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a scale-up environment.
Nice to Have
* Experience in both brand and agency environments.
* Experience with global entertainment rights holders.
* Experience in the family/kids space.
Salary
£65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
