Our client, a leading player in the London insurance market, is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organisation at the forefront of product development and innovation.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the London insurance market, regulatory requirements, and the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. You’ll play a key role in driving system enhancements, improving application usability, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse system requirements and design solutions to boost efficiency and support growth.
* Collaborate with architecture, engineering, testing, and business SMEs to define and prioritise product features.
* Manage user stories in Azure DevOps and oversee functional and UAT testing.
* Work closely with SMEs to ensure solutions meet business needs and regulatory standards.
* Provide configuration support and drive user adoption of applications.
* Act as a product ambassador, promoting vision and strategy internally and externally.
Key Requirements:
* 5+ years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally in the London insurance market.
* Strong Agile methodology experience.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Proven track record liaising between technical teams and business leaders.
