Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Affiliate Executive to join the team, reporting directly to the Affiliate Manager. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with good analytical skills to work within our eCommerce Department. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong interest in building strong relationships, providing accurate reporting and analysis, and optimising campaigns using cost-effective strategies.
Responsibilities
* Help to build and manage the UK affiliate portfolio
* Help to monitor the affiliate profitability and performance
* Negotiate and optimise each affiliate partnership to ensure business objectives and ROI targets are being met
* Help to create, plan, and execute affiliate marketing acquisition and retention campaigns to grow the affiliate portfolio
* Collaborate with a wider marketing team and ensure the Affiliate Marketing calendar and strategy are aligned with the wider brand and communication strategy
* Optimise and increase revenue within affiliates channel to meet yearly targets
* Monitor and analyse results of each campaign, including weekly and monthly KPI reports
* Work alongside the Data Analyst and Marketing Intelligence Team to optimise affiliate marketing performance and investment
* Deliver clear, concise, and reliable reporting on all activity to key stakeholders at ad-hoc basis
* Auditing publisher accounts and domains for accurately advertising codes and promotions or increased exposure
* Maintaining daily interaction with numerous affiliates
* Support Affiliate Manager with all affiliates-related queries and monthly validation
* Perform market and competitor research in existing markets and assist with future growth plans and strategy
Qualifications
* 2 to 4 years of affiliate managerial experience (preferably in Consumer Electronics)
* Knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry, including commission models, tracking solutions and various affiliate types
* Proficiency with MS Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint and willingness to learn new technology systems
* ‘Can do’ attitude and willingness to learn
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multitask with effective resolution management in a fast-paced, growing environment
* Proven track record in Affiliate/Influencer Management or similar experience in developing business relationships, crafting win-win solutions, and closing deals.
