What You’ll Be Doing
* Help organise engineer jobs and service visits
* Keep in touch with engineers and the team so everything runs smoothly
* Learn how to check stock and order parts
* Update our systems with job info (we’ll show you how!)
* Use our internal tools to manage stock, returns, and invoices
* Help sort refunds and returns
* Put together job reports with photos and details
* Work with different teams across the business (gain diverse experience)
* Book deliveries and collections
* Help with general office tasks like post and scanning
* Get involved wherever needed – no boring, same‑every‑day role here
* Attend the occasional off‑site event
* Learn the basics of manufacturing and plumbing (hands‑on too)
* Support sales and technical teams when needed
What You’ll Get
* NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration
* 18‑month minimum apprenticeship programme (starting in September 2026)
* Monthly wage slip – you’ll be paid each month
* Early finishes on Fridays – long weekends
