Are you a confident, customer-focused sales professional with a passion for property? We’re looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join our high-performing New Homes team — someone who can turn enquiries into homeowners and lead by example in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving reservations, exchanges, and completions, while supporting the Sales Manager in the smooth running of the development. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Executive ready to take the next step in their career.
What you’ll do
* Achieve and exceed sales targets across reservations, exchanges, and completions
* Manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to key handover
* Build strong relationships with potential buyers, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand values
* Support the Sales Manager in mentoring and guiding the site sales team
* Promote recommended mortgage brokers, solicitors, and part exchange partners
* Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with AML and GDPR requirements
* Liaise with construction and site teams to monitor build progress and completion dates
* Conduct home demonstrations, handovers, and snagging appointments
* Contribute to marketing events, site launches, and promotional activity
* Stay informed on local market trends, competitor developments, and pricing strategies
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in new homes or property sales (Senior Sales or experienced Sales Executive level)
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Confident, professional, and commercially minded
* Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and mortgage milestones
* Proficient in CRM systems and reporting tools
* Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
* A genuine passion for property and delivering five-star customer experiences
