Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, a very successful, global organisation, who are recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to fulfil a 3 month Fixed Term Contract, in Gillingham. Working hours - Hybrid working, 2 days in the offices in Gillingham and 3 days from home. Immediate start required.
**This role would really suit someone who has strong technical ability and is accustomed to managing data.
The role - The Marketing Assistant will be required to assist with administrative tasks in a fast-moving environment, amongst a strong marketing team. You will need to be logical and have a good eye for data. Managing multiple systems with accuracy and meeting deadlines is key for this short-term role.
The Marketing Assistant will be required to do the following tasks:
* Support the Marketing Executive with any promotional related activities
* Create and process customer orders
* Proofread and upload promotional data
* Liase with other departments with effective communication in order to get tasks completed
* Produce daily reports
* Manage multiple systems and with accuracy, cross reference and manage data
The successful Marketing Assistant should ideally be able to demonstrate the following:
* Excellent grammatical, spelling and proofreading skills
* Experience with managing multiple systems
* Great knowledge of Microsoft Excel and managing data
* Experience with using CRM systems
* Ability to pick things up quickly
This is a really exciting opportunity for a successful Marketing Assistant to work for a fantastic organisation, offering a salary of between £27-28,000 pro-rata, depending on experience.
