We're looking for a passionate and driven Bar & Restaurant Assistant Manager to help lead our Food & Beverage team in delivering exceptional experiences to every guest, every time.
Whether it's a relaxed afternoon tea, a candlelit dinner, or a glass of something special in our bar, you'll ensure each service is as memorable as the setting.
What the role involves:
Supporting the day-to-day running of our bar and restaurant operations
Leading by example with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
Mentoring and inspiring our team to deliver seamless, standout service
Working closely with the F&B team and Operations Manager on planning, standards and service innovation
Championing guest satisfaction, from the first welcome to the final farewell
What we're looking for:
Experience in high-end hospitality, ideally within boutique or luxury settings
A natural flair for food, drink and outstanding service
Strong leadership and motivational skills to bring out the best in others
Impeccable personal presentation and a guest-first attitude
Calm under pressure, organised under pressure – and upbeat always
A hands-on, can-do mindset with a team-focused approach
