We are seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to support our stamp production team on a temporary basis. Working under the supervision of the Stamp Making Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating machinery, following production schedules, and ensuring all products meet the highest quality standards in line with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate machinery to produce stamps according to customer packing requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Follow the online work order schedule, updating progress and providing real-time feedback on processed stamps.
* Load production UV beds with clear stamps.
* Align masks on sachets with negatives before running the standard cycle which needs to be recorded.
* Cut and reclaim stamps, ensuring proper placement on plates and hangers.
* Dip stamps in warm water and prepare them for hanging.
* Perform visual quality checks throughout production to ensure compliance with SOP standards.
* Report downtime, shortages of raw material, quality issues, or safety concerns immediately to supervisors.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy work area, following Health & Safety standards.
