What you’ll be doing:
 * Lead and take responsibility for the technical output of your team, ensuring high-quality, innovative solutions.
 * Collaborate with other tech leads and architects to design joined-up solutions across programmes.
 * Mentor and guide engineers, championing best practices, agile methodologies (SCRUM/SAFe), and quality assurance.
 * Engage with stakeholders, communicating technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
 * Work hands-on with software development in languages such as Java, C#, or JavaScript, and leverage AWS cloud platforms.
 * Drive innovation to solve complex technical challenges within business and technical constraints.
Experience required:
 * Proven track record in technical leadership or software engineering management.
 * Practical experience in full-stack development and cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
 * Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks.
 * Experience mentoring junior engineers and fostering a collaborative team culture.
 * Bonus: experience with scaled agile certifications, secure design, stakeholder management.
