The Role:
As our Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in the service industry and is ready to bring their people skills, organisation, and problem-solving abilities into an administrative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing correspondence (emails, phone calls, post) efficiently and professionally
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
* Scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars
* Assisting with basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks
* Preparing reports, documents, and presentations as required
* Supporting colleagues and management with administrative needs
* Greeting visitors and providing a welcoming environment
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in the service industry – strong customer service and communication skills are essential
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with learning new systems
* A proactive team player with the ability to work independently
* Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
