Bench Joiner Location: Lisburn Salary: Competitive Rates of Pay (DOE) Hours: Full-Time- Mon to Fri Contract: Permanent The Opportunity A reputable high-end specialist joinery manufacturer is seeking an experienced Bench Joiner to join their skilled production team. This is an excellent opportunity for a joiner with strong bench-based experience to work on specialist and bespoke joinery projects, producing high-quality finished products to exacting standards. Youll be part of an experienced and supportive team, with the chance to further develop your craftsmanship while working in a professional manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Carry out high-end bench joinery work, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail Manufacture specialist and bespoke joinery items using a range of materials Read, understand, and work accurately from manufacturing and technical drawings Demonstrate safe and competent use of bench tools, machinery, and equipment Maintain tools and equipment in a safe and serviceable condition Work within the companys internal quality systems, ensuring standards are met through to final product Take instruction from the Production Manager and complete tasks efficiently and professionally Use initiative and contribute to continuous improvement within the workshop Maintain good housekeeping and a safe, organised work environment Adhere strictly to Health & Safety policies and procedures Essential Criteria Proven experience as a Bench Joiner High level of craftsmanship and attention to detail Ability to interpret technical/manufacturing drawings Strong understanding of workshop Health & Safety practices Reliable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team Whats on Offer Competitive rates of pay Company health plan incorporating Perkbox rewards Length of service rewards Regular social events Opportunity to work with a respected, high-end joinery manufacturer If youd like to discuss this role or receive more information, feel free to get in touch!
