With training you’ll be doing the following:
* Obtaining approvals, coding, and posting accounts payable invoices.
* Allocating costs.
* Managing expense claims.
* Resolving invoice queries and discrepancies.
* Processing supplier payments and statement reconciliations.
You’ll get involved in the month-end process and take on more responsibilities as you develop in your role.
What you’ll need to have:
* Customer service experience from any industry – to provide a professional service to suppliers.
* Confidence to deal with people over the phone – to build relationships with colleagues across the business.
* Grade C/5 or above in Maths GCSE or equivalent – for general calculations and to spot discrepancies.
* Basic Excel knowledge – working with it daily, you’ll get to develop your skills.
Working hours:
You’ll work Monday to Friday 39.5 hours per week.
