The Role As a Key Account Manager, you will: Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across your assigned account portfolio, developing a deep understanding of their needs and positioning the business as a preferred supplier. Partner with the Customer Success Team to create customer-centric Key Account Plans with clear goals and strategies - driving new business, retaining existing clients, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Monitor, manage, and report on your sales pipeline and overall portfolio performance. Lead customer satisfaction reviews, addressing challenges and ensuring all improvement actions are followed through.
