We are looking for an experienced and confident Client Care Advisor to join our friendly and supportive team. This role is ideal for someone with proven administrative experience within a veterinary practice, strong client‑facing skills, and excellent proficiency in diary management systems, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), digital practice software (or similar), and email communication.
Typical Day
Your focus is to provide an exceptional service to our clients and the best care possible to their pets – serving as the link between clients and the clinical team. Building strong relationships with our clients, their pets, and the practice team will be critical to your success.
Your client service during each visit will ensure absolute satisfaction and encourage clients to look forward to their next visit.
You will greet each client and offer support, guidance, and expertise, managing payments and future bookings confidently. Coordinating the smooth running of day‑to‑day routines will be done using our online booking system, so computer literacy is a must.
You will be joining our supportive team of 4 vets, 3 RVNs, 3 SVNs, 1 VCA and 5 CCAs.
This is a full‑time role working 40 hours per week, including various shift patterns of early and late shifts. Our practice opens 09.00 – 19.00 Mon‑Fri and 09.00 – 18.00 Sat, and this role will include working 1 in 3 Saturdays.

* You are able to provide guidance by keeping yourself fully up‑to‑speed with the practice services and any additional services available.
* You are calm, attentive, and always focus on the clients’ needs.
* You will bring enthusiasm and drive to your role. Your passion for service is matched with your love of pets.
* You can deal with everything that is thrown at you, from comforting a client who has had bad news about their pet to sharing in the joy of a new puppy’s first visit to the vet.
* Your personality is infectious and, along with your fellow colleagues, you create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the practice.
