As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll provide expert advice on products and orders, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
The Challenge
1. Calculate offers and process customer orders accurately.
2. Deliver high-quality service via phone and email.
3. Monitor stock availability, perform credit checks, and manage order processing.
4. Maintain efficient administrative systems.
5. Answer customer questions about product specifications, invoices, and deliveries.
6. Report claims and provides solutions wherever possible.
What are we looking for?
7. Minimum 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams).
9. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a strong advantage.
10. Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone.
11. Ability to take initiative and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
12. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
13. Knowledge of fishing products and a passion for the sport is a bonus.
