This vacancy is based on the London Reward function, and you will report into the Group Head of Global Mobility. You’ll lead on the delivery of operational activity across GM, immigration, international working, ensuring robust processes and governance. You’ll be driving operational excellence while ensuring compliance and be part of shaping solutions for the Business with the COE team. You’ll be driving operational excellence while ensuring compliance and be part of shaping solutions for the Business with the COE team. Who You Are Experienced Global Mobility Operational Manager in all areas of GM, Immigration, International cross border working & Short-Term Business Travellers. Pro-active, problem solving, creative, agile, with compliance, policy & process skills. Skilled in supplier engagement and technology including process optimisation to ensure that the right information is provided for managing compliance activity. What You'll Do Accountable for operational governance and compliance for Global Mobility, Immigration, and International Working activities, ensuring smooth execution. Oversee operational team delivering transactional GM & Immigration activity ensuring accuracy. Own and ensure full compliance with immigration operational activity (RTW/Visa expiry); support complex cases to resolution with Immigration COE. Optimise, build and refine core processes in partnership with Reward and Immigration COE to minimise risk and improve efficiency. Align processes across People Services Operations teams for consistency and scalability including payroll activity. Ultimate responsibility for the global mobility finance and recharge process ensuring accuracy and approval. Deliver actionable reporting & insights to support international projects and inform strategic decision-making. Responsible for ensuring all activity & processes are kept updated in line with internal Sky compliance requirements. What You'll Bring Deep knowledge of GM frameworks, UK & global immigration and cross border working compliance. Strong focus on customer service, operational excellence and standardisation of approach where appropriate. Consistent approach to ensure process documentation is regularly updated and provide ongoing training to keep the team aligned with current procedures. Expertise in stakeholder management & leading operational work, business analysis and process mapping end to end. Comfortable with HR & GM technology platforms and tools for compliance and tracking. Excellent presentation skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate complex concepts simply and effectively to all stakeholders. Pro-active, problem solving, creative, agile, with operational skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills. Excellent organizational skills, calm under pressure; ability to re-prioritise in short timescale Resilience, flexibility, and ability to be effective in a fast paced and challenging environment and a strong team player, working openly and collaboratively Team Overview We are a Global Mobility & Immigration team supporting assignments and international working in diverse businesses across a number of global locations.
