💰 Salary: £45,000 + Excellent Benefits Package
🕒 Shifts: Monday to Friday, Rotating 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm
Are you a Mechanically Biased Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge in a chemical manufacturing environment?
We’re working with a well-established chemical manufacturer in Bingley seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly regulated, process-driven environment with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
🔧 The Role:
Mechanical maintenance & fault finding on pumps, conveyors, mixers, and production equipment
Hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating machinery maintenance
Conducting preventative & reactive maintenance to minimize downtime
Assisting with installations, modifications, and improvement projects
Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards in a hazardous environment🔍 What We're Looking For:
Mechanically qualified (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, HNC/HND or equivalent)
Experience in a chemical, process, or manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and rotating equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
